Raymond,

Gregg. Allow me on this answer. Raymond. Hope this clarify your question if you are asking about CDMA royalty.

Nothing about CDMA/R

From 3/31/98 GSTRF's 10 K report,

Qualcomm/Sony and two other manufacturers, Ericsson and TELITAL, are developing Globalstar's user terminals and production orders were issued in the fourth quarter of 1997. In December 1997, an order for 40,000 fixed access terminals totalling $84 million was placed with Ericsson. Globalstar expects to recover this cost through the resale of these terminals to vendors.

More,

Qualcomm has agreed to design and manufacture a number of versions of Globalstar phones. It has granted a license to manufacture Globalstar phones to each of Ericsson and TELITAL and has agreed to license at commercially reasonable royalty rates at least one additional qualified Globalstar phone manufacturer.
