Ron: Sounds about right. I have the majority of my shares here
in cert form, so I guess that is why the W-9 was sent to me. I guess
those that have reported on the thread that they did not receive a
W-9, probably have all their shares in a brokerage account and won't
need to complete a W-9 as the responsibility to report the free shares
to the IRS as income would be up to the broker.
