TGPTNDR - Re :'Damn near any company interested in increasing cash flow by $2G/year"

I assume you mean $2 Billion.

However, what earthly good is a $2 Billion REVENUE when your Expenses EXCEED $2 BILLION?

In case you hadn't noticed, AMD has been losing money for the past two years. And if you read their financial statements closely, you'll notice that they are losing MORE on operations than their yearly "losses" indicate.

They have taken advantage of "Tax Credits" and sold stock in other companies to make their losses appear less than they really are.

And on Monday afternoon, we are going to learn how their LOSSES HAVE INCREASED in the past quarter.

However, I am sure the "Sanderized" version of the Conference Call will get all the analysts worked up in a lather about the great strides in improved yields, the rapid conversion to the 0.25 micron process, the incredible K6 demand, the K6-3D which is ahead of schedule, and the K7 which will be shown at the Microprocessor forum, etc.

Jerry will dance as never before!
