Dave, GTE/ameritech is charging 55.00 a month. They are going throughtout Florida now, and the guy told me that when its ready here I should get it. He said its unbeleiveable speed. The guy who installed my cable (3 weeks ago) worked for amerilink.....he said they cant keep up w/ the work GTE has for them....I need to look that company up too! Sandra

David, sorry about not seeing this message from you about @home. I am in the Seattle area and they (TCI) are charging $40/month. They were supposed to hook it up today but I got home to find that they don't like the easement the cable goes over so that will have to be resolved before they install. Geeze, I just want the PC to run faster! BTW, I have come to really respect your picks. I am not worth a damn as a day trader but have done well with your RENT and CMP, although today was kind of a downer after such good earnings. I don't really mind the wait, I just hope the market doesn't collapse in the meantime.
