I agree with you. I was merely pointing out that this will adversely affect the stock price.

You are assuming that the company violated US securities laws, which in fact we don't know that they did. I have been in and out of Namtai since 1991, have traded it many many times and even envisioned it as a long term hold. My thoughts on management have been liberally shared through out this thread. I'm holding, but disinterested at this point. I'll wait around another quarter or two. If the stock ever dipped to where Mr. Kumar suggests, I'd be buying with both hands. Until it breaks below 15, I believe again that it bottomed on Thursday. If the market sells off 7-10%, then yes it could go to the 12 area, but 10?? Highly unlikely. (IMO)
