The body shops are beginning to deliver code in volume.... they are struggling with quality control... and it will only be getting worse... but they bill by the consultant hour, right? Y2K- the next phase: Vendor changes.... As companies become nervous because of the quality of the code being repaired, these companies will shop for alternatives to the expensive consultants doing manual fixes.... You heard it her first.
