Anyone,
This is from a Press Release Dated March 24th 9:29 Eastern Time
Source: Wabash National Corp. This is just a portion of the article, that is posted on Yahoo.

biz.yahoo.com

The Company (Wabash National Corp)recently established its retail branch network and service capacity through the 1997 acquisition of certain assets of Fruehalf Trailer Corporation [OTC BB:FTCFQ - news], including the well-recognized Fruehauf(R) and Pro-Par(R) brand names.

"Certain" assets are mentioned and it appears they purchased the Fruehauf and Pro-Par brand names.

Freuhaulf, is a well recognized name in the trucking industry, and it appears they plan to capitalize on it. I wish I better understood what is meant by [retail branch network and service capacity].

Are there any Fruehalf drivers among us who can shed some light on this deal?

Thanks,

Dusty
