To all, Canadian Marconi has acquired a 58% interest in NovAtel! Also an earnings warning in the same news release. I'm wondering if a tender offer for the balance of NovAtel that Canadian Marconi hasn't purchased is in the works. biz.yahoo.com

first i will take credit where it is do! 2 weeks early- not bad?!?! Understand this: we have all been screwed.here is why: a takeover must be 15% above last 2 weeks average (*min) they jerked this stock around in a very obvious manner to ensure all the numbers matched up. you will notice they added the bad quarter at the same time as the takeover! What do you think was it by chance or would those numbers have ruined the set up? I would be suprised if they went after the rest of the stock. they already have control at a cheaper price!
