Treeman,

Having been inundated with Wade Cook infomercials on the local business radio station and reading several of his books, my opinion is this. All of the merits he espouses for Nevada corporations as familiy entities seems to be antithetical to proper and full disclosure as a public entity. Cook's public company, WADE, came across some difficulties last year with the SEC (NFI, but check that thread for more info on NV corps.)

This is not to say that publicly traded Nevada corporations are inherently evil, but they have a certain reputation for unscrupulous managers seeking to take advantage of Nevada's interesting corporate regulations.

Regards,

Ron
