Riley, Many(and maybe you) probably believe, I'm out of line for making suggestions on the SI thread,I honestly don't care,and I'm sure you are aware of that fact. The bottomline is, I have a right to my opinion, and IMO it's time for you to step up to the plate,grab the bull by the balls and re-establish your leadership.You are in the position,to regroup the thread,work in an open fashion,for a common goal. You know right from wrong(unless the big Apple has hardened you beyond that-I hate NYC(sorry)),and I'm sure you know as well as anyone(probably most) what has to be done. An open communication line "must" be established between shareholders(you have the power as a group) and management-use that power in a constructive way. We're not talking law suits here, we're talking,forcing management to fully inform shareholders of the situation,past,present and future.It is the right thing to do. Now I don't know what you know,in fact you may already know many of the answers,I don't know,and that's not the issue..One way or another management can not continue to hide and withhold-yes,even if that's detrimental-let the shareholders decide what is good or bad,they own the company.. Well enough rambling from me..I would appreciate if you keep this email to yourself,and trust you will.. You have the opportunity, to come out of this thing smelling like a rose,making the headlines(Riley G.,leads activist group in search of answers from managemnt,yada,yada...),and above all doing the right thing for shareholders and in the best interest of shareholders..Get ahold of yourself man! Use your connections,knowledge and leadership abilities etc.,to help these poor people,both, the good and the bad.I needed to interject that,because IMO,Pugs is killing you and the unity that is your power..He may be right he may be wrong-but he "is" killing that group spirit-your most valuable asset at present...Have a good day....
