Mel, Not sure what the "trigger event" will be, but I think our FAMH shares will be pulled from our account and replaced with ATXI shares on a particular date set by the merger agreement. The transfer agent and your brokerage firm take care of all that overnight. (Just like other mergers) We should here about more details and the record date soon. (Jin Chun, where are you?) I don't think we have much to worry about after that. The sky is the limit. BCfan
