Live down here in Miami, Fl and have Cable Modem, Adelphia is my Cable Modem provider. $50 set-up fee which includes installation and modem. $40 monthly fee unlimited time plus 5 email accounts. Once you have cable modem you NEVER go back to analog. It's VERY fast and cheaper than ISDN. Cable modem is the way to go if you can afford it.
