52 institutions own bldpf 14% of the shares
this split facilitates liquidity in the stock

fund managers are dying to get as much of the pie as they can but cannot risk money in such a tiny float

look for bldpf to easily reach 150 pre-split(very conservative), split to 50 a share and, as the funds pour in, a quick run to 70-80 in a matter of weeks

Apparently something very large is on the horizon... while increasing liquidity to appeal to the numerous funds interested in bldpf, there is no pressing need to increase the float at this exact time. I feel that this split is a preparatory event rather than a reaction to current state of affairs.
