Incidentally, un 1991 through 1993, total book revenue increased 11%.
In 1994 through 1996, total book revenue declined 2% (I think there was also a decline
in 1997).

Studies are showing that the increased use of the internet is reducing the amount of television viewing and leisure book reading.
