Appreciate the comments,Kent.Trust the VSE will have a great website in good time.Agree that cookies are mandatory on some sites like Stockwatch,Canspec.AlbertaDiamonds,if you want in or are a paid subscriber. On the other hand,browse thru some sites on alt.erotica...
and accept the cookies and see the trash that will show up.IMHO,better to reject the cookies when browsing.If you click cancel enough,they will eventually stop or at least slow down.Most of my friends NEVER accept cookies as a fundamental spam control.

since turning off the cookie monster I have reduced my garbage e-mail to virtually "ZERO" therefore to each his own. This suggests we have different comfort levels and backgrounds and I must assume both of us are comfortable with the toggle switch pointing in different directions. The difference being that I offer no lecture.(not at this point anyway)
