>The AT&T deal was not in effect the entire quarter. Actually, this has been posted quite a few times - you must have missed it. Although the deal was supposed to begin in November, in actuality, it began in the middle of December and was only in effect for half the quarter ending Jan. 31.<

I looked up the press release I was referring to, dated Dec. 23. The way I read it, it sounds like the AT&T deal began in Nov. 24, not mid-December. But hey, why quibble over details. I guess my point is that apart from AT&T, it's hard to know the revenues generated from other companies. I guess this is why I think the price of this stock will respond better to good financials rather than to press releases on new sign-ups. Barbara, I do agree with what you said in an earlier post, that the initial business ITI gets from a company can certainly grow into more, e.g. Lucent and AT&T. Obviously, if they expect their monthly revenues to double in the next six months, something is going right.

>Also, it was stated at the annual meeting in February that the shares outstanding are approximately 22-23 million<

I realize that, but the numbers I used came from the company as well.

>In any event, you should really call the investor relations' department for more clarifying answers. I am sure they will be happy to respond.<

I do call the IR office occasionally, and have found Greg to be very helpful. But I received this financial information over the weekend, and I thought those were fair questions for this thread.
