Chirodoc .the question becomes--how much do we trust ira and company? I understand where you are coming from... because I was at your stage of "believing" in Ira 3-4 months ago. But as more and more pieces are revealed to us on a week by week basis, I really am starting to get very impressed with the man and what he is doing. Some of it might of been dumb luck. For example, I am not sure how Wescott brought ATXI to Ira's attention. I am not sure how he came to discussion with Morton Downey about funding his new show. But he has balls & he has a plan.. and HAS had a plan for many months and is filling it out piece by piece. He can't control the timing of legal procedures, attornies and auditors do. He obviously likes to play "chicken" and takes risk, and for some investors that is scary as heck.. so its not the right investment for anyone. You are right to question him.. because buying a penny stock is basically a bet on the industry and on the management. I'm not here to convince you either way or anyone else for that matter. I just think of all the things on the plate and I dont think a loser President could come up with all this. He is aggressive and he kicks people down in his way (is that ATXI's CEO whimpering in the corner?) .. which personally I like for someone trying to grow a company. Also this company is 19 years old.. Ira was brought on to grow it like a banshee..and he is doing his part. Adam Arif and to an extent Ira hold large positions in this company.. so by winning for us they really win for themselves. Good luck. Mark
