Lee, I too naturally hope that DCI management and MJZ can work this out without having to resort to legal action, personally I rather doubt it will come to that. I too can admire MJZ's achievements in overcoming his disability, and I for one have not enjoyed the public exchanges between MJZ and myself/ others on this BB, I would rather be discussing more positive issues. The problem however as I see it, is that MJZ has taken his personal issues with the company to the shareholders of DCI and is trying to use us as pawns to help his cause, regardless of the cost to us. He doesn't seem to care how much damage he might end up doing to us, he just wants HIS way at any cost, and we cannot and will not allow that. I am hoping that our strong and almost totally united response to his attacks on this BB, will disuade him from coming back and trying to use us again. So that issue is behind us and we can get on to discussing the exciting things happening with DCI now and I do think that we are entering a potentially very interesting period. A few positives I see currently: 1. Stock price: It looks like the stock price might finally be ready to move back up to a reasonable level. We have had about 7 trading days now of accumulation, in fact the buys/sells are in favor of the buy side by well over 100,000 shares during the past week. Our big seller has been noticeably absent for even longer and the most exciting thing of all is that we appear from reading the TL to have picked up a potentially large buyer. Someone, or some group is hitting the ask with 2-5,000 blocks on a regular basis. I think that the MM's would like to hold us down if they can, esp. if they are indeed short, but if this pressure continues they are going to have to let us run I think. Was Friday the begininng of that run??? I'm looking forward to finding out. 2. When I first came got into DCTC a year ago, I learned of Joe's basic plan to build revenues to 100 million and sell the company. The idea was there, but the actual details on how to achieve those goals were not known. Now with the IB Joe is working with in LA and the brief glimpse Joe gave us on how he plans to achieve those goals, we are beginning to see just how this might be done. He already has a number of potential aquisitions lined up, and what appears to be a workable plan. The press release on Payless Communications last Friday is some evidence that this plan is starting to come together. This could get very exciting to me if we continue to see progress on this front. 3. From the information on the new DCI website, it appears that Cyberfax is ready to start adding revenues to our bottom line. It's taken a while to get that new technology up and running but it is starting to sound like we are now there. 4. Lots of good news has been coming out about DCI UK, hopefully more details will be in the newsletter. I don't have a good feel for just when the revenues from all of those new switches will be kicking in, but they are coming. Maybe it's just me, but I am beginning to feel that this is potentially the most exciting period for DCI ever. James
