Byron; Did some checking. DGIV has to trade $4 or more for 3 consecutive days and then stay above $3 for 30 days. I read nothing about an average. Correct me if I'm wrong....... MSS

I think you are right.I did not get him either.In a meeting-a long one.I did not attach much significance to it until now.What with flying all over the world his time is limited.He is in a deal closing mode.He is not spending time with anyone unless there is money in it.The man is on a roll. The float is so thin that any pop and we should go thru 10. It might be wise to consider averaging up.In fact, anyone who buys more at this point may have no choice.There is a hammer floor at $3.75.I'd say watch for the announcement about a big lender and you will know who was setting the floor,scooping up shares.They did not get any of mine!Just my opinion,but I have been thinking about this a lot.Trying to reason thru it.It is early in the game.
