.....Ira does not "take chances". If the management of a company only owns 30%, if the company is losing market share, if they are not profitable, and if the major shareholders are few, and grumbling; then, you go to the major shareholders, make a pact, buy 5%, so that you can call the meeting, then you walk down from the mountain, like Moses, and vote the shares. .....That is not even slot machine gambling, let alone "taking chances".
