OTC BB is run by NASDAQ, granted, OTC listing requirements are different than NASDAQ small caps, which are different than NASDAQ mid-cap... etc.

OT.
Matthew, NASDAQ rules do not apply to my knowledge to BB stocks.

I second that. Fidelity Brokerage did not do it on last three trading days when I had a limit order better than the bid. The bid and ask remained the same and I did not get filled. Oh, well I will try again.
