In response to your question regarding shares outstanding and float, it is, at this time hard to tell due to their recent private placement.

But on the brighter side, consider this:

Liberty capital has 700,000 warrants to purchase stock at prices ranging from $2.75 to $8.50. No further details on this, but it would appear they have a substantial stake in getting the price of the stock just as high as they can!
