I was told almost 2 years ago that the company would be better off if it had been incorporated in the USA, but that it would cost a lot to move now. The reason being that taxes would be better, i.e. less.
I see this move to incorporate a subsidiary as a step in that direction. If you listen to the conference call, Rene stated something to that effect and sending only dividends to the
Canadian company.

Seeing as you are an accountant, may I suggest that you call Rene or
CFO and discuss this with them and post your findings. With your deeper insight into financial matters you could be of great benefit to
those interested in TTRIF. I am sure this would be appreciated by all.
