stockycd, You might want to check into that with your broker or the TA because I believe that Jeff is correct. Unless you direct your broker to have your shares registered they are registered in the broker's street name. You are the beneficial owner of the shares and therefore you have the right to vote the proxy, etc, but the shares are registered in the broker's name. My understanding is that the number of registered shareholders does not reflect the actual number of individual investors in the stock. Of course I may be wrong...so I'll do some further research also. Jerry
