To Josef and others?
Does anyone know what is the current rate charged for a line of code?
I remember reading about a year ago the price was about $1 per line. Also, I realize that windowing is cheaper than expansion, and that COBOL is cheaper that less popular languages. I'd very much appreciate any input or links to this question. The answers may help in estimating the revenues for Y2k companies.
