Question for Anyone: If one TRULY has at least a five to ten-year time frame for AMAT, isn't all this short-term turmoil good? This crisis would seemingly shake out weaker competitors and increase market share for AMAT resulting in an even higher valuation when recovery occurs.

Aki - As usual I was pretty blunt in my post. Thanks for not taking it personally, especially given that I think your reasoning for being bearish is pretty good. I just happen to disagree to a small degree, and with a few caveats. I also realize that I stink at short term (1 to 3 month) predictions, so I am a complete agnostic in regards to your short term predictions.
