Hold on guys , I think the article is referring to DGIV - Directorate General IV. Which has something to do with the European Commission. I got really excited today stumbling across all these WEB pages mentioning DGIV. But after further investigation it has nothing to do with our DGIV. But it is something they should definitely look at. Byron tell Jimmy about it. Richard thinks for your reply to all the Naysayers! I may be wrong bit I don't think so.
