BIGGY - TEVE check this out - lots of stock out there, but earnings look decent (even with full dilution).

Shares of Common Stock which have had the same beneficial owner since April 21, 1988, or which have had the same beneficial owner for a
continuous period in excess of two years prior to the record date of any
meeting of stockholders, are entitled to 10 votes per share in any matters
submitted for vote, at a meeting of stockholders. All other stockholders
have one vote per share unless this limitation is waived by the Board of
Directors. As of December 31, 1997, 18,299,037 shares of the Company's

Thanks for thinking of me Big Dog. I'll look at it today. What do you expect in long and short. Are you holding any TSIS? No need to tell me if you don't want to.

If you have the opportunity also, take a look at MBHC , perhaps you already hold some. I don't think many people know very much about this one. Friday it went from .14 to .25 and holding....getting 10K within a couple weeks and financials are good. Small float, 85% shares held by insiders. Expecting 1.00 within a short period and up to 3.00 soon. IMO if this happens, should be a good one to hold some shares on. Look at www.mbhc.com If the market should go Puff, finance is a very good place to be. Let me know what you think. And thanks again BIg Dog. Lucky Sandie
