Bob, I saw the newscast and the segment was on the Imatron scanner. Very good show, covered a lot of information in just a few minutes. IMAT's President was interviewed. He said that lack of insurance coverage was limiting the growth of the scanner.

MSNBC News' Morning Blend teased with pic of a scanner at 9:28AM EST a segment about low-cost coronary-risk testing. It was likely the Imatron scanner, but I can't confirm since the story has yet to appear some 55 minutes later.

(Now, I wasn't silly enough to fall for the tease and stick to the TV this long, right?)
