Hello sandstuff,

In regards to your questions:

According to DGIVs financials they have a float of 11.7 million as of Feb. 1997 which I hear is now up to about 15 million shares of which approxiamately 5 million shares are publicly traded.

(5 million shares are "floating" in and out of the publics hands)

also, the MM do trade shares to each other, they do not, however, count as part of the everyday volume.

To answer your question about if 3.8 million shares traded above $3.75?
I am sorry, but I am not sure, I do know, however, that over the last two sessions, a huge number of shares were bought above $3.75 s share.

Hopefully all of this will be a moot point in the next two weeks when the stock goes to ? 10 ?

GOOD LUCK, EVERYONE

RICO
