Doug,

At one point in the past I asked you to look at PRLN for me. You said it looked speculative and I would agree with that. However, things are afoot with this company now. New top notch management. Excellent prospects for growth. I have been following this company for two years and have been on the long side (unfortunately) during it's recent decline. Although I currently hold no position in this company, the new management gives new hope to this once doomed biotech. I have spoken to some of the new Directors extensively. They have what it takes IMHO. The chart looks to be forming the beginning stages of a classic stair step chart not unlike what we've seen with VII. I will be taking an initial position on Monday. I'd be very interested in your interpretations and I recommend you keep it on your radar screen.

Hank

Well, here's this week's volume watch list. It's the longest one yet so get a bag of popcorn ready. From the looks of the 1,000 or so charts I've eyed this weekend, I'd say the run to Dow 10K is about to start.

AABC........AATI........AAV........ABAN........ABCC........ABE........ABI........ABN........ABPCA
ACRT........ACYT........ADMG........ADV........ADVS........AEIS........AHA........AILP
AINN........AKRN........ALLIF........ALLP........ALSC
AMEN (an unlikely internet play)........AMES........AMHC........AMTR........ANIK........ANS........ANST........ANTC
APHT........APOG........AQM........ARDM........ARGX........ARMF........ART........ARTC
ASPT........ASTE........ASTN........ASTX........AULT........BCII........BDL........BEAS
BDL........BGO........BHWK........BIAC........BID........BOBJY........BRLI........CADE
CBS........CHH........DIGI........DKWD........DRI........EAII........ELTX........EQU........ESPRY
FAXX........GNET........MSON........MTIC........MTON........ORNGY........PRTL........RGEN
SEEK........SER........SGI........SPNSF........TACO........TRBDF........TTELF........TXCC
UEIC........UIS........VCAI........VCR........VII
VOXL........VVID........XION.

Basically, it looks like a reunion of all the stocks that have appeared on 2 or more of the previous lists. 95% are sitting on the edge of a continuation breakout or have just had one in the last day or 3. This coming week is going to be wild.

Doug, thanks for the readings on PURW, AIRM and PWAV. I'm glad that you like PURW as I already own it. It's on the Amigofolio and I think that is where David J. found PURW originally.

I've played AIRM before for a small profit, but not as much as I thought we would see. Interesting that again you don't see this one breaking out. Thanks for the words of caution on PWAV. By my own analyses the reaction to the earnings announcement could go either way, therefore this is an excellent occassion to rely on TA.

I noticed that VVID made your list and I am curious as to how valid the signal is this time. VVID is another co. that has great fundamentals but no breakout in stock price. High season for sales, trade shows and all sorts of stuff in their industry is in the fall. I was waiting for the summer to jump back into VVID. This stock is very volatile and has a wider than usual trading range.

Thanks for your time.

Sergio
