Membership For -"That Darned CHARLIE BALLANCE!" <G> (letter to webmistress) Dear Jill - We have a trial member who I consider very special would like to know: 1) If he can retain his "trial name" of "CHARLIE BALLANCE", 2) If you can organise a way to recieve small ($10.00) donations towards his Lifetime membership from other SI Members, and let me know directions (ie where to send partial payment and what to say on the note) 3) If S.I. might offer discount or free membership as a goodwill gesture for Charlie (who has been posting on the CVIA Thread) His deadline is April 8th. -Midnight Apr 7th? [GOOD NEWS: "The CHARLIE BALLANCE Lifetime Membership Fund" Increases!!] $20.0000 ???????? (CVIA style) Mysterious e-mailer has just indicated this fund may have doubled already once overcoming electronic complications. Further releases on this event are forthcoming once this complication is untangled.......from the "Northern Tundra" (this is making me think of Moose Tenderloin and Vintage Zinfandel!) ......but Alass!!....I must go to work!! ......I shall miss all this activity and wonder-full all day!!! "The CHARLIE BALLANCE Lifetime Membership Fund" Increases Once Again] $30.0000 (CVIA style) Via Anonymous e-mail gesture yet a third has joined in this quest to imprison our Charlie for life. No one knows how to do this yet. As we await our carefully laid out plan we remain at the mercy of our webmistress, "Jill" who I understand is very deft in matters such as this.
