will do that..called your office on Friday and spoke to somebody
name T. Dean(sp)
was impressed with his honesty and his tempering my enthusiam..
he mentioned that they probably need more financing..
I neglected to ask him if there were any restrictions on the 43
plus million shares from being sold..
My confusion was that I hadn't realized fully that there were
so very many shares outstanding..
I wonder how further dilution would affect the stock..
noticed last week that ptus really got hit along with vias but haven't
taken the time yet to compare agcr with say tpii or ptus for instance..
Currently 64 million..(saying the share price is around 1.50) seems
high..

some clarification about embedded systems from head of a SCADA
company..
also I noticed at insidertrader.com that there were
some 144 filings for agcr..doesn't that usually mean some insiders
are planning on selling?
hope you can clarify the filings..
