DGIV is still a small company trying to grow into a large one, and as is the case with every small company that is trying to grow rapidly it's # 1 problem is cash and will continue to be the biggest problem near term. Im not talking 60 million but 100's of millions and to raise this kind of cash I see 2 possibilities 1: they merge with a larger player or 2: They get listed NASDAQ and hold a large secondary offering either way the price of this stock will rise. There may be other ways to raise cash but since I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree I'll ask for any other opinions on the subject? MARK C.

has risisn to these levels there is no need for DGIV to purchase more of its shares.

Just a guess, but DGIV may exercise the buy back of it's shares to keep DGIV above the $4 mark to ensure the listing requirements, if needed. Just a guess.
