Advertising big blunder

Spending $100 million on advertising caused IOM's current woes along with softening demand, and stiffer competition. I think CD writers have caused a drop in demand for Iomega products. IOM needs to reduce prices on Jazz and Zips to make they competitive.

Their ship is stalling and this makes the market worry.
