Sergio, I looked at SOC in P&F, RS is sell in a column of X's and it is still above the bullish support line at 29. Tom's rule is that after a 20 box reversal one can take a position or wait for the first three point reversal. Based on the news and both RS in x's and above support, this one looks good for a nice move to the upside at least short term. Likely rally back to the mid to upper 40's before breaking down. My thoughts, Preston
