Pugs, it is apparent you have lost sense of reality. While you can
be amusing sometimes with your crazy dd, it is worthless.

ALL PLAUSIBLE!
The part of the logic your missing is that Zapara said he wanted to sell these shares he received for financial PR and did not want to be discovered by Morgan & Breton if he sold them. He talked Mork into selling them short and he would deliver the shares later to cover the short. Even though Zapara would lose money on the transaction he still agreed to deliver. How do I know, well I was at the luncheon meetings where this was discussed. Zapara is a slimeball. He even had his wife and kids at one of the meetings. Zapara's wife is a terrific lady. If she only knew about his activities in Brazil when he went there after these luncheon meetings, she would probably divorce him. ALSO, MORK IS ONLY 98,500 SHARES SHORT, NOT THAT IT'S A BIG DEAL, BECAUSE THERE ARE MILLIONS SHORT--RIGHT!!
