bg:

Aother BB stock Kiewit Diversified, now called Level3 (LVLT)
A large band width fiber optic Co. similiar to Qwest.
Traded small number of employee owned shares on the BB for about
6mths. They by-passed an IPO I am sure for many reasons, one being
the large costs by investment bankers and brokerage firms.
They now trade on NASDQ at 63-82 in the last week. Came on board on
Wednesday past. They are also mentioned in Business week article
posted April 6th 1998.
So there are companies that come on from the risk BB arena to the nasdq. Incidentially, they will split 4/1 May 1-- I am told. (IAT)

Pinapples for thought
