That Was Too Funny.

I almost spilled my morning coffee all over ma KBD on that one Bobby.

NUFF SAID:....BTW:Your URL didn't work(for me anyway).Try this folks:

Sorry,I had this last week but forgot to post it..oh well....

With regards to the Japanese savings and where they may redirect....

I just put together:

(1)A run on safes.

(2)A different gold market that (started) overnight in Asia.

And now believe the Japanese may in fact see gold as a good buy now
and are loading up big-time!Just simple deduction, but some things can
be just that simple.I'm not saying this is the driving force right now
as most here are understanding the " Big Picture " is bigger than the
Titanic, but just another part of the script,if you will.Let's see if
overnight trading remains positive this week.In the past its been down
fairly consistently, likely due to Aus. selling pressure,as their A$
to gold ratio is quite strong. Also, the unwinding of forward sales are
having a positive effect there. We shall see.

PS:Seems Peter Munk is starring in a real world movie these days, with
his Trizec H. now building a permanent location for the Oscars.Hmmm?
Think he will donate trophies with some real gold in them in 2000?

PS:Ole 49r's story is ..well..interesting eh?I worked in Radio/MW for
a time many moons ago,not Ham though. When you work in it,to take it
on as a hobby was just too much for me.I played in rock and roll bands
for a little " diversity ".

Later.............
