How would average Japan citizen access our markets bypassing their own brokerage houses ? Are north American brokerage houses well represented there? Perhaps they can still do all trading via their own houses in Japan as long as it is traded directly with reasonable fee charged. I guess, what I'm pointing when can we expect such capital inflow? Instability world-wide may prevent FED from raising short int. rates for a while, inflating market further. If rates start to go up I'd give 5-6 month before big one.
