Is it possible that Teo and/or institutional investors are pushing the price downward prior to the board meeting to make it easier to force Hackworth out? If this is the case anyone bailing now at a loss is just a pawn. Hackworth may go with less of a fight if they can get around the 60-day option close-out when CRUS employees leave. If he had say 2 years instead of 60 days he may just decide to retire now, without a fight. Just a thought.
