I find it strange that a problem like this has gone on this long. I sell
many different products to the heavy mining industry. If I simply kept
sending out replacement parts, expecting the customer to spend his labor hours to replace defective parts...I would be out of buisness in a hurry.

Yes I have seen the posts here from TM in regards to them changing over to a different style or manufacturer, but the fact remains that they have sold tons of these wheels which seem to fail in a short period of time. The word "RECALL" comes to mind here.

Before anyone tries to flame me on this, yes...I understand that parts wear out. But the springs in these units have had problems for years now. I enjoyed my T2 and thought it worked well when considering the price. The only thing I didnt like about it was having to tighten up screws every week and replace springs every other month. A defect is still a defect and should be solved and repaired at the manufacturers expense.
