NEW YORK -- Just days ahead of South Korea's giant global bond offering, some investors are reassessing their outlook on Southeast Asia following Moody's Investors Service's negative rating action on Japanese debt.

Barb,i know what your saying,but according to the header roger stated he will stay short until the fundamentals change.if that means company specific one wouldnt think that there was enough time for a change.in ALL the winners>?now he is going to try to say he made money on a terrible bet like that??with all of THEM??almost all are up 50% or better!cmon now something stinks!are you sure he's not full of it?
