An illusion of weakness, well maybe. This stock is not weak in fact
I saw this thing is worth $32, but oil is weak and going down in price. This stock is based on the price of oil. The may future price
according to the graph (new york commodity exchange) points down.
Number two reason. The public is too bullish on oil. Things could
change in a week, but now I'm bearish.

how much benefit is there really in shorting now at 16 and change
relative to the downside (or is that upside) risk of moving higher
on another upgrade

on the other hand the morgan stanley upgrade didn't do much good
