I say don't buy to much. It might go lower, just nibble at it.
The stock commission is minimal when you trade compared to what you
can lose in the stock market. Look at future exchanges.

Look at graphs of stocks and futures and very important look at
commitment of traders for futures of crude oil. Everyone that trades,
but most important commercial people. They do this for a lving so they will know best of all. When you see a large move long or short ,do it.Now what is large? You'll know when you see it. Go to -cme.com or Cbot.com, market plex, gov. reports, eastern markets, new york merc. Do what they do not what they say.
