< For management at S3, lawsuits and shoddy business have been a blessing in disguise. Let's play musical chairs and give ourselves a raise too. For shareholders, it's quite another story. Likely, the lawsuits are priced into the stock already, the settlement (i.e. payments to lawyers) would likely boost the stock price. (see Brooktree lawsuit)> They should change the name from S3 to "Thieves R Us" !!!

Ya see, Mark? Do ya see!!!! We go and let these bottom-dwelling, scum-sucking lawyers run for political office, they do any damn thing they want with no accountability, because WE, the shareholders of the country don't do anything about it. We say, "You wouldn't see a business run, the way they run our government." Well, I got news for you. Here's an example of a business trying to be a government. They look at the yahoos in office and tell themselves "If they can get away with it, so can we!!" I think I'll stop before a rant starts taking over.
