umm, bigtoe, you are mistaken. I "discovered" Asensio through my research into SOLV, not vice versa. It was his accurate portrayal of SOLVQ and the fact that my research agreed with him that caused me to look into, and short with much success, his subsequent ideas.You can call me a lemming all you want, but it just doesn't make it true. It is more accurate to call you and your fellow SOLVQ longs the lemmings, after all, who ran over the cliff? And who was it that made money? You really should try shorting some of his ideas, but that might make you some money, and you wouldn't like that, now would you? You'd have to admit that he's actually right more often than not, and that is why he is so successful. >>> You are obviously unaware that the herd has moved on and is nearing the sea....go catch up.<<< I do find the perspective of the blind is most amusing. I have not read the reorg plan. I am still trying to get a copy. I have talked to someone who has. I am told the following- Solvex will call in our shares and reissue new shares. We will get 1 warrant for every 3 shares we own to purchase another share at $10 in the next 1 or 2 years (am not sure which). I don't know if we will ever take advantage of these (I hope so) but I am under the impression that the illegal shorts will have to be covered when the stock is called in. I am not sure how it works with legal shorts. I don't know if they have to be covered until the stock is reissued and then they can short it again or not. The reorg plan says that Koch is still planning on using our technology and it will take them up to 6 months and $15 million to finish the plant. Rasio was mentioned in the report so they are still interested. Solvex is planning on building a $27 million mineral plant to extract the paper substitute. Solvex plans on splitting into 2 companies (approximately 1 year I think it said)- they will be a mineral company and a aluminum company (aluminum cell is alive and well!!!) We still have all of our technology- we did not give any of it away. The patent on the oil process is the first to expire and that is on Jan 7, 2009. The aluminum cell expires in the year 2113. Again I have not seen it but am told that these are some of the things that were contained in it. Maybe we longs are not dead yet!!!!!! Mike
