I'd agree with you primarily about Insider Buying.....but there is a pretty good article in Barron's this week on why insider buying doesn't reflect as much as it used to....nowadays....especially since many companies have employee contracts that require them to accumulate a certain percentage of company stock...... and while there are many reasons to sell.....it certainly does give the appearance of fleeing a sinking ship....not a real confidence builder anyway..... But..... i still have hopes for a Netscape comeback......
