The PR from this $5M contest alone should be worth some price appreciation in the stock.

MARKETING & SALES

In March of 1998, we will internationally launch our security products with a major marketing initiative. Our "International Code Breaking Challenge" will invite the world to attempt to defeat the JAWS security products. The prize for
successfully cracking the code will be US$5,000,000.

Walker Group in Vancouver, Canada has been retained to place the
international insurance underwriting for our challenge. Along with the
"International Code Breaking Challenge" we will coordinate a complete media roll-out, including full media kits delivered to all relevant industry magazines, security publications and business periodicals. We will also issue our challenge across the Internet.

Hi Juanita and all.

First, I have to thank Jill for adding the OTC-JAWW, glad to see she works on Sundays!

I would like to start off by saying that I am not a techie, that I have a smattering of knowledge in this industry - most of it gained over the last 3 months.

Jaws is a Calgary based company, but the advertising thrust re: the $5M challenge will be US based.

Juanita, you asked if it were impossible for the code to be cracked. My answer to that is that if every single computer in the world could be linked together for the express purpose of cracking the code, then I would guess that the code could be cracked. Is that likely to happen? Of course not. There is a graph that the company prepared that shows level of encryption vs. the time and money it would take to crack that level of encryption. For 4096 bit encryption, it would take a ridiculous sum of money and time. On Monday, I will get that chart.

Your government (US) has restricted the level of encryption to (I think) 156 bit because they are afraid if the encryption level is too great, the FBI will not be able to decipher encoded criminal activities. But the rest of the world doesn't care. And big corporations like the Big 3 automakers, GE, Westinghouse etc. are actively lobbying the Gov't to relax this limit.

Someone asked me how I arrived at the figure of 6.7M shares outstanding. I'm almost positive this is what the company told me. Again, you can contact the company at 888-543-551 and ask for Chris McNeill.

BTW, PGP encryption software, which stands for, believe it or not, Pretty Good Privacy, is part of the NETA group. NETA currently trades at $60+/share.

Juanita, you asked for my stock price projection. I'm kind of reluctant to do that this forum. I'll gladly discuss my share price thoughts in a private message. I don't want to get accused of hyping the stock right now. I will say that I have enough shares to make a difference in my life assuming that the price appreciates as I think it will.

Talk to you later
