The problem is that as large as the mania is, it can still get larger.
When I got to Silicon Gulch in '71, you could get a house in Los Altos for $40K- -OUTRAGEOUS! How could anyone think they were worth that?

I could actually have gotten one and didn't, idiot that I am. You probably don't want to know what that house would cost now.
